DRC Modifies Organizational Structure
13 Dezembro 2010 - 11:42AM
Dynamics Research Corporation (Nasdaq:DRCO), a leading provider of
innovative management consulting and information technology
solutions, today announced a realignment of its operational
components by customer, geography and business solution. The
organizational changes are designed to maximize customer service,
streamline its management structure and provide professional growth
opportunities for current and prospective employees.
The new structure goes into effect January 1, 2011, and
positions DRC's customer-facing business units into two primary
operating groups. The Federal Group, to be led by Paul Strasser and
headquartered in Arlington, Va., will focus on the National Capital
Region and include four divisions covering Homeland Security,
federal civilian agencies, national security and select Department
of Defense customers. To support the Company's military
business outside the National Capital Region, Robert Smith will
lead the Defense Group, based in Andover, Ma.
The company's State and Local business unit, headed by Kathy
Baird, will remain unchanged. Concurrently, Jeanne LeFevre
will guide the company in establishing a strategic business
development capability dedicated to pursuing large contract
opportunities.
"Our ongoing success is a testament to our talented workforce
and our ability to apply teamwork and manage change in the face of
evolving market demands," said Jim Regan, DRC's chief
executive. "The strengthened organizational structure enhances
our ability to deliver the highest quality services to our
customers and enables us to well position DRC for large federal
