DRC Strengthens Focus on Target Markets

Dynamics Research Corporation (Nasdaq:DRCO), a leading technology

organizational realignment for 2013.
More than two-thirds of the company's business was derived from
the best-funded federal markets in 2012, and for DRC the pace of
bidding on new business jumped 60 percent over the previous year.
For 2013 the company's entire organization has been realigned to
capitalize on its outstanding market positioning and anticipated
opportunities.

reconnaissance, and financial regulatory reform," said Jim Regan,

Organization
The Company's primary client interface is through three
operating groups.
DRC's High Performance Technology Group, headed
by Paul Strasser, Senior Vice President and General Manager,
delivers health informatics, high performance computing,
computational science, predictive modeling, data analytics, cloud
computing, enterprise modernization, software engineering, and
systems engineering solutions. The Group includes three divisions:
Health and Enterprise Solutions, led by Gay Porter, Vice President
and General Manager; Science and Technology, led by Curt Bedke,
Vice President and General Manager; and Advanced Systems, led by
Joe Leonelli, Vice President and General Manager.
DRC's Federal Group, headed by Chuck Schefer,
Senior Vice President and General Manager, delivers cyber security
and risk management, clinical healthcare, technology strategy and
governance, mobile computing, change management, strategic
communications and software engineering solutions. The Group
includes four divisions: National Security Solutions, led by Bryan
Hennessy, Vice President and General Manager Civilian Agency
Solutions, led by Daphne Zweifel, Vice President and General
Manager; Homeland Security Solutions, led by Chuck Schefer on an
acting basis; and Defense Services Solutions, led by Jerry Picard,
Vice President and General Manager.
DRC's Defense Group, headed by Irv Zaks, Senior
Vice President and General Manager, delivers training and knowledge
management, program management services, data engineering and
software engineering, development and maintenance. The Group
includes three divisions: Defense Technology Solutions, led by Mo
Verling, Vice President and General Manager; Defense Systems, led
by Frank Grosso, Vice President and General Manager; and Readiness
and Training, led by Ron Smits, Director and General Manager.
The Company's operating groups are supported by business
development and administrative functions. New administrative
appointments include Helen Tsingos, Chief Legal Officer and Pete
Gaaserud, Vice President and General Manager, Contracts.
