Dynamics Research Corporation Receives Training Transformation
Contract From U.S. Dept. of Defense DoD's Joint Knowledge
Development and Distribution Capability Joint Management Office
(JKDDC JMO) to Utilize DRC's Training and Testing Expertise for
Improved Warfighter Performance ANDOVER, Mass., Aug. 11
/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Dynamics Research Corporation
(NASDAQ:DRCO) today announced that as part of the team led by
Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), it was
awarded a contract by the U.S. Department of Defense's (DoD) Joint
Knowledge Development and Distribution Capability Joint Management
Office (JKDDC JMO) to conduct research, development, production,
integration, testing, and delivery of online education and training
courses for the U.S. Armed Forces around the world. DRC's primary
responsibility will be to conduct training evaluations and
requirements analysis and to build web-based interactive training
modules for individual joint war fighters. The JKDDC JMO was
developed to drive the transformation of U.S. military forces by
creating, storing, imparting, and applying knowledge to enhance an
individual's ability to operate in a joint, multi-service context.
This capability prepares future decision-makers and leaders to
understand the operating picture and respond to adversaries. It can
also enhance the joint warfighter's ability to leverage knowledge.

military forces." The contract was awarded June 15, 2004. First
year funding under the contract is $11.9 million, with a projected
value of $65 million. Potential revenue to DRC under this single
award contract is up to $5 million over the life of the effort,
which will have a one-year base period and four option years. About
