Dynamics Research Corporation Names General George T. Babbitt to Board of Directors ANDOVER, Mass., Oct. 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Dynamics Research Corporation (NASDAQ:DRCO) today announced that retired U.S. Air Force General George T. Babbitt has been named to the Dynamics Research Corporation Board of Directors. He was elected to serve as a Class I Director, with a term expiring in 2006, filling the vacancy to be created by General James P. Mullins (U.S.A.F., retired). General Mullins has decided to retire from DRC's Board, effective October 31, 2004. "DRC is honored to have General Babbitt as a member of the DRC Board of Directors," said James P. Regan, DRC Chairman and CEO. "With 35 years of service in the Air Force, principally in aircraft maintenance and logistics, he will be an extremely valuable resource and proponent for DRC as we continue to execute our growth strategy, further align our operations to meet the defense needs of the United States, and deepen our presence with Department of Defense customers." General Babbitt is currently a Managing Director, Aerospace & Defense, at BearingPoint, Inc., where he has worked with clients ranging from state government and Defense Department agencies to aerospace and defense contractors. Prior to his retirement, General Babbitt's last assignment was commander of the Air Force Material Command at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. General Babbitt has also directed the Defense Logistics Agency, and has served as Deputy Chief of Staff, Logistics, for the United States Air Force, where he was principal advisor to the Chief of Staff on matters pertaining logistic support of combat forces.
