by Aragon Research, Frost & Sullivan, Gartner and Ovum in
2017
Five9, Inc. (NASDAQ: FIVN), a leading provider of cloud software

company’s continued technology and market leadership in 2017.
Five9 was named a Leader in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Contact
Center as a Service, North America*. Five9 was also named a Hot
Vendor by Aragon Research, a leader by Ovum, and included in
multiple reports from Frost & Sullivan.

- Aragon Research recognized Five9
as a Hot Vendor in digital communications in September. In its
report, the firm credited Five9 for its end-to-end platform on
which to engage customers and solve problems in real time.
- Frost & Sullivan included
Five9 in multiple vendor reports in 2017, including the August
Customer Experience-Focused Contact Center Routing in North America
overview. In that report, Frost & Sullivan highlighted Five9
