HBE Henry Bros Electronics (MM)

Levi & Korsinsky is investigating the Board of Directors of Henry Bros Electronics, Inc. (“Henry Bros” or the “Company”) (NasdaqCM:HBE) for possible breaches of fiduciary duty and other violations of state law in connection with their attempt to sell the Company to Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. The investigation concerns whether the Henry Bros Board of Directors breached their fiduciary duties to Henry Bros stockholders by failing to adequately shop the Company before entering into this transaction and whether Kratos is underpaying for Henry Bros shares, thus unlawfully harming Henry Bros stockholders.
