Explanatory Note
This Amendment No. 1 on Form 8-K/A amends item 7.01 of the Current Report on Form 8-K filed by HarborOne Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) on January 31, 2023 (the “Original 8-K”) solely to add a new page 13 to the investor presentation (the “Presentation”) furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to the Original 8-K. The new page 13 of the Presentation addresses HarborOne Bank’s Office Loan Portfolio, which is a component of its Commercial Real Estate Loan portfolio. The updated Presentation, including new page 13, is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto. No other changes have been made to the Original 8-K.
