Integrated Alarm Services Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:IASG) will file a Form 10-K/A for fiscal year 2005 to amend certain disclosures in the original Form 10-K. Certain required disclosures were incorporated by reference in the original Form 10-K to the definitive Proxy Statement to be delivered to shareholders in connection with the 2006 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
