revenues for the first six months of FY 2015, to $8.5 million. The Company's gross profits also
jumped up 395.7% YoY in the first six months of FY 2015, to
$4.4 million. Kingstone further
highlighted that its net income increased to $2.6 million, basic and diluted income per share
of $1.87, in the first six months of
FY 2015, from a net loss of $0.7
million, or loss per share of $0.49, for the six months of FY 2014.
- Segments and Projects that Performed -- Kingstone also
informed that revenues from wireless system solutions increased by
143.7% YoY to $8.4 million in the
first six months ended March 31,
2015, as compared to $3.5
million in the first six months ended March 31, 2014.
- What the Senior Management say on the Outlook --
Commenting on the Company's results, Mr. Peng Zhang, CEO of the Company, stated, "We are
very pleased with our performance on business operation, which
generated $2.6 million net income in
the first six months ended March 31,
2015."
- A Look on Costs and Expenses -- Kingstone also
highlighted that research and development expenses were
approximately $0.17 million in H2
2015, an increase of 191.5% YoY from $0.06
million in H2 2014. Considering the cost of sales factor,
the Company reported that its cost of sales for software solutions
decreased by 87.0% YoY to approximately $0.02 million for H2 2015, while cost of sales
for wireless system solutions increased by 56.6% YoY to
approximately $4.1 million for H2
2015.
