Justin Miller and Randy Wigginton Expand Team of Industry Experts

continues to attract world class consumer Internet talent with the
appointment of Justin Miller, senior vice president of product
management, and Randy Wigginton, site wide architect. Miller, who
most recently enjoyed a successful career as one of eBay's leading
European product executives, will lead Move's company-wide strategy
for product management, user research, competitive insight, and all
new product launch planning and execution. Wigginton, who started
his career at Apple Computers as their first programmer and sixth
employee, will lead the development of Move's site architecture,
including the company's engineering footprint and the
implementation of innovations ensuring the best possible experience

Miller will oversee enhancement of product design and user
experience. Prior to joining Move, Miller was senior director of
product with eBay Europe where he led product management and
development, as well as user experience on 12 different European
sites. Considered one of eBay's "User Experience Champions," Miller
played an integral role in improving eBay's user experience on a
global level. Prior to eBay, Miller led the user interface team at
the Webvan Group where he started and led their product management
and UI groups. Prior to that, Miller led human interface design
efforts for Net Explorer and served as a leader of human interface
designs at Apple Computer. While at Apple, Miller was a designer of
the Desktop and Networking user experience for MacOS, visiting
personally with consumers to identify software needs and
requirements. Prior to joining Move, Wigginton served as a
distinguished engineer at Quigo, Inc., and was responsible for
leading the Feedpoint product line, which generated more than fifty
percent of the company's revenues. Prior to that, as a
Distinguished Engineer at eBay, Wigginton led the company's swat
team and was responsible for site stability and availability.
Throughout his career, Wigginton has served in a variety of
leadership positions including chief technical officer for
WellInvested, a senior director at NetObjects and founder at Encore
Systems. Wigginton started his career as Apple Computer's first
programmer and sixth employee, and he was the creator of MacWrite,
