MORGANTOWN, W.Va., Oct. 3, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- ListHub, the
leading distributor of property listings and provider of
performance metrics in real estate, operated by Move, Inc.,
(NASDAQ: MOVE) announced a new agreement with the Houston
Association of REALTORS® (HAR) to provide services to their 26,000
members. With the addition of HAR in Houston, ListHub now supports 454 MLS and
broker data sources, increasing its network breadth to cover 90
percent of the listings in the nation.
Although HAR has provided syndication for their members to
several national real estate publisher websites for years, the MLS
made the decision to convert their direct feeds to the ListHub
platform in order to provide their members with consolidated
marketing analytics, centralized lead and traffic routing, a
centralized control panel for making all online marketing choices,
and the benefit of the data licensing protections provided by
ListHub through their agreements with the publishers in their
network.
"At HAR we continually identify and integrate solutions like
ListHub that deliver the reliability and efficiency our members
need for their day-to-day business operations," said Danny Frank, Chairman of HAR.
HAR additionally contracted ListHub to provide its members with
a level of reporting that includes professional marketing reports
for its broker and agent members, which include analytics from
websites such as realtor.com®, Zillow, Trulia, HAR.com, and many
more.
"We are excited to work more closely with the HAR team to
deliver a comprehensive suite of solutions to their members," said
Luke Glass, general manager of
ListHub. "We believe that our agreement with HAR, a leader in
the MLS community, demonstrates the importance of analytics in real
estate marketing, and affirms the value that we have worked to
deliver through the protections that we provide for brokers' real
estate listing data."
"From the assurance of direct, timely syndication and seamless
licensing agreement management, to the customized,
presentation-ready reports including traffic metrics specific to
our consumer facing website, HAR.com, our agreement with ListHub
helps us to expand the services we provide our members and the
clients they serve," said Bob Hale,
President and CEO of HAR.
ListHub and HAR will be collaborating to customize the ListHub
reports for HAR members in the coming months in preparation for the
launch of the service to HAR's broker and agent members.
