Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq: RNOW) will replace Res-Care Inc.
(Nasdaq: RSCR) in the S&P SmallCap 600 index after the close of
trading on Friday, November 5.
Onex Corporation (TSX: OCX) is acquiring Res-Care in a deal
expected to be completed soon, pending final approvals and
conditions.
