APX Blackrock Apex Municipal Fund,

Private equity firm Apax Partners LLP is considering a sale of consumer marketing solutions provider Advantage Sales & Marketing Inc. that could value the firm at between $3 billion and $4 billion, Reuters reported Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

Apax is working with Bank of America Merrill Lynch on the sale of ASM, these people said.
