JPW Nuveen Flexible Investment Income Fund of Beneficial Interest

Shareholders of the Nuveen Flexible Investment Income Fund (NYSE: JPW) have approved the fund’s merger with and into the Nuveen Preferred Income Opportunities Fund (NYSE: JPC).

As previously announced, the funds will be merged as follows:

Subject to the satisfaction of certain customary closing conditions, the reorganization is expected to become effective June 12, 2017.
