The Mills Corporation (NYSE:MLS), a developer, owner and manager of a diversified global portfolio of retail destinations, confirmed that, as previously announced, June 13 was the date on which interested parties were to submit indications of interest as the first step in the process of the Company's exploration of strategic alternatives. The Company indicated, in response to inquiries, that it had received indications of interest from a variety of parties. The Mills does not expect to make any further announcements regarding its exploration of strategic alternatives until the process is completed or abandoned.
