Triumph Group, Inc. (the “Company”) determined that it was unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2024 (the “Form 10-K”) by the prescribed due date because the Company required additional time to finalize its
accounting and review processes. The Company filed the Form 10-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on May 31, 2024, within the 15 calendar days of the prescribed due date
pursuant to Rule 12b-25 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
