Seasoned Industry Veteran to Energize Business Development and Grow

Mass., May 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Dynamics Research
Corporation (NASDAQ:DRCO) today announced Randy Sablich has been
named Vice President and General Manager of DRC's Metrigraphics
Precision Components Division, a leading worldwide supplier of
ultra-high precision, custom designed components for Original
Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). Sablich's primary responsibility is
to drive Metrigraphics' business development efforts to enter new
markets while continuing to grow its existing customer base. "Randy
has a proven ability to learn new markets and technologies and
apply fundamental business processes to increase sales and improve
margins," said James P. Regan, President and CEO of Dynamics
Research Corporation. "He will play an integral role in identifying
and cultivating new business opportunities for Metrigraphics while
providing industry-leading services to existing customers as they
strive to increase the performance, accuracy and reliability of
state-of-the-art instruments and devices." Sablich brings more than
35 years of management experience to his new position. Previously,
he served as Vice President and General Manager for the C4ISR
organization within DRC's Acquisition Management and Engineering
Group. He joined DRC in June 2004 from General Dynamics C4 Systems
(formerly GTE Government Systems). Sablich holds a Bachelor of
Science degree in mechanical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic
Institute. Metrigraphics creates custom, precision manufacturing
parts used in medical, biotechnology, telecommunications,
semiconductor, industrial, and consumer markets. The Division's
primary areas of expertise include electroforming, high density
flexible circuits, micro-nozzles/orifice plates, micromechanical
parts, precision measurement and control, and ion beam etching. In
addition, Metrigraphics is seeking to utilize its skilled workforce
and Class 1000 Clean Rooms for electronic and medical assembly
