Actus Minerals Corp. (TSX VENTURE:AAC) ("Actus") announces the resignation of
Darren Devine and the appointment of Kathryn Witter as corporate secretary,
effective immediately, subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance.


Actus is a junior mineral exploration company focused on the exploration and
development of the semi-massive to massive sulphide exploration property in Levy
Township, Abitibi Region, Quebec known as the Kayla property.
