Cresval Capital Corp. (TSX VENTURE:CRV) reports that it has granted an aggregate
957,000 stock options to directors, officers and consultants in accordance with
the Company's stock option plan. The stock options are exercisable at a price of
$0.24 per option share for a period of five years from the date of grant.
