DPH Duncan Park Holdings Corp

Sphere Resources Inc. ("the Company"), NEX Board of the TSX Venture Exchange
(TSX VENTURE:SPH.H), is pleased to make the following announcement:


The Company as the Operator of the project and Duncan Park Holdings Corporation
(TSX VENTURE:DPH) ("DPH"), have engaged Chibougamau Diamond Drilling Ltd. of
Chibougamau, Quebec, a highly respected drill contractor in the Red Lake gold
camp to conduct diamond drilling operations on its Dome Project which comprises
the Dome Claims and McManus Patents at Red Lake, Ontario, commencing early
August.


The Company's Geologist, Mr. Gordon Yule and Abitibi Geophysics made a
presentation to the Company and DPH last month, the contents of which were
reported in the press release of June 20, 2011. Based on this presentation Mr.
Yule recommended an initial drilling program of 2700m to drill three holes into
the south-eastern Dome claims followed by six holes into the abutting, more
northern McManus Patents. 


The drilling on the Dome Claims is intended to explore the potential for gold
mineralization associated with a chargeability anomaly 300 meters in strike
length by 75 meters in width, identified by the Abitibi geophysical work. Two
other IP generated anomaly targets will also be drill tested.


The drilling in the McManus Patents will initially test for gold mineralization
along a sulphide-bearing structural zone at the contact between the Howey
Diorite and mafic volcanic rocks within the NW trending Chukuni deformation
zone, to be followed by holes to test other targets identified by the
geophysical report more fully described in the Company's press release of June
20, 2011. Initial drill results should be available by early October, 2011.


Mr. Gord Yule, P.Geo., a Qualified Person within the meaning of NI 43-101, has
reviewed the contents of this news release.
