TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Mar 13, 2014) - Duran Ventures Inc. (TSX-VENTURE:DRV)(LMA:DRV) (the "Company") is pleased to announce, further to its press release of March 12, 2014, that the TSX Venture Exchange has approved the extension of the expiry date of a total of 2,500,000 outstanding share purchase warrants issued pursuant to a private placement that closed on September 28, 2012. These warrants were set to expire on March 28, 2014, however the expiry date has been extended to December 31, 2014. The amendment is limited to the extension of the expiry date of the warrants without changes to the exercise price of $0.25 per warrant share.
