KAI Kenai Resources Ltd.

Kenai Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: KAI) announces the granting of incentive stock options to its directors, officers, employees and consultants to purchase up to 1,950,000 common shares in its capital stock at a price of $0.25 per share, exercisable for a period of five years from the date of grant.

All of these stock options will vest 25% upon the grant date and an additional 25% six months, twelve months and eighteen months after the grant date.

The granting of the said stock options is subject to acceptance by the applicable regulatory authorities.
