Isis announced on December 2, 2013, it had entered into an agreement with Cladstone (the "Agreement") for Isis to license its award winning platform ISISFriends® to Cladstone for launch into the U.K. marketplace. Cladstone has successfully launched the platform under the domain name www.isisfriends.com and www.isisfriends.co.uk.
