today disclosed its annual 2007 results.


2007 Highlights

- Gross profit was $800,454 in 2007 compared to negative $682,803 in 2006. 
Increased net revenue to $2,508,195 compared to $571,611 in 2006.


- Increased its revenue in North America to $1,174,687 compared to $572,503 in 2006.

- Aggressively sold its new generation of hearing protector the SonoCustom(R)
V3, test marketed its first custom earphones for MP3 under the brand
"Soundcage".


- Raised $5,900,002 of new equity financing, $3,416,630 by way of exercising of
warrants and stock options by holders thereof.

During the preparation of the annual financial statements, the company
determined that certain sales transactions that occurred during the nine months
ended September 30th, 2007, did not meet all revenue recognition criteria. As a
result, the 3rd quarter will be restated resulting in an increase in the net
loss of $109,935.
