SNU Sanu Resources Ltd Com Npv

Sanu Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:SNU) ("Sanu") is pleased to announce that the
Company has negotiated one year extensions to its option to purchase agreements
with respect to the Nyieme and Moule properties in Burkina Faso.


In respect of the Moule Property, the Company has made a payment of $50,000 and
will issue 25,000 share purchase warrants. One warrant is exercisable into one
common share at a price of $0.82 per share over a period of two years. In return
the underlying owner of the Moule property has agreed to amend the option
agreement to change the exercise date of the option to purchase from May 21,
2008 to May 21, 2009.


In respect of the Nyieme property, the Company will make a payment of $50,000
and will issue 25,000 share purchase warrants on or before October 20, 2008. One
warrant is exercisable over a period of two years into one common share at the
greater of the Market Price (as defined by the TSX-V) or at a price of $0.82 per
share. In return the underlying owner of the Moule property has agreed to amend
the option to purchase agreement to change the exercise date of the option to
purchase from October 20, 2008 to October 20, 2009.
