The Company anticipates that there will be significant changes in its results of operations for the quarter ended September 30, 2010 as compared to the quarter ended September 30, 2009. The changes in the Company’s results of operations are the result of the transfer of the Company’s ownership interest in Phoenix Digital Tech, Phoenix Semiconductor Telecommunication Suzhou, and Bluecomm, in satisfaction of the Company’s obligations pursuant to that certain Convertible Bonds Subscription Agreement dated as March 15, 2007 with Woori Private Equity Fund. The Company currently has no current source of revenues.
Based upon preliminary financial statements, the Company anticipates that for the quarter ended September 30, 2010, the Company expects to report net revenue of $0 as compared to net revenue of $38,806,000 for the corresponding period in 2009 and net income of $444,400 for the quarter ended September 30, 2010 as compared to net loss of $2,598,000 for the corresponding period in 2009.
