South Korea's largest animal feed manufacturer, Nonghyup Feed
Inc., or Nofi, has bought a 60,000-metric-ton cargo of optional
origin feed wheat from Glencore at $322.50/ton basis cost and
freight for arrival by May 15, trading executives said Friday.
There is an additional charge of $1.50/ton each for unloading
part of the cargo at a second and third port.
Nofi had passed a tender Thursday citing high prices when the
lowest offer was at $324/ton, C&F, also by Glencore.
In the latest deal, Glencore has the option to supply the wheat
from worldwide origin including India, the executives said.
