--Troops in the Democratic Republic of Congo will be deployed to remove illegal miners from a site owned by Glencore PLC (GLNCY), Bloomberg reports Monday.

--The move comes on the heels of troops being sent last month to protect a facility owned by China Molybdenum Co. from illegal miners, the report said.

--Last month, the Glencore facility was the site of a collapse which killed at least 19 people who were illegally mining.
