European Union regulators said earlier this month they would conduct an in-depth probe of Amazon's acquisition of iRobot. "Amazon, iRobot Agree to Lower Price for Acquisition" at 9:19 a.m. ET incorrectly said UK regulators would conduct a probe. UK regulators cleared the deal in June.
