TMC has received delisting notices from Nasdaq twice in the past year after its share price dropped below $1 for more than 30 consecutive trading days. "Deep-Sea Mining Could Begin in 2025 as Canada's TMC Outlines Application to Mine" at 1611 GMT on July 2, incorrectly said TMC had been delisted twice.
