Dynamics Research Corporation (DRC) was recently awarded the $30 million contract -- more than a third of which was earmarked for Compuware -- in a competitive RFP. DRC, the Andover, Mass.-based solutions provider chose Compuware professional services and products, including OptimalJ, Compuware's model-driven enterprise Java development solution, to simplify and speed the process of architecting and building J2EE applications for all of Ohio's 88 counties.
