ANDOVER, Mass., April 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Dynamics Research Corporation (NASDAQ:DRCO) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, HJ Ford, received prime contract awards totaling $17.4 million in annualized revenue for Advisory & Assistance Services to the Aeronautical Systems Center (ASC) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio during the first quarter of 2006. The awards are comprised of $6.4 million in new business (including a $5.7 million contract to support the B-2 Systems Group previously announced) that is incremental to $11.0 million in renewal efforts also received during the quarter. All tasks are for one-year performance periods against HJ Ford's Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with the Aeronautical Systems Center which requires the delivery of programmatic services to key Air Force weapon systems management offices. The specific customers supported include the Long Range Strike, Special Operations Group, Mobility and ACS System Wings, and the F/A- 22 System Program Office. As previously reported, the ASC BPA contract is to be replaced by the Consolidated Acquisition of Professional Services (CAPS) ID/IQ, an effort recently awarded by ASC to ten prime contractors, including HMRTECH/HJ Ford Joint Venture Limited Liability Corporation.
