Additionally, Rob Scott has been named to the Board of Directors, as a standing member. Mr. Fleming succeeds Jack Meehan, who has tendered his resignation as a director of the company. Mr. Fleming�s experience in business infrastructure software and systems and communications technologies will be a driving force in the company�s increased focus on next-generation voice services and conferencing solutions. Mr. Fleming is a co-founder of Prism Venture Partners and currently sits on the board of Polatis (formerly Continuum Photonics), and Kaon Interactive. Prism Venture Partners currently holds greater than 19% of the outstanding shares in Cognitronics.
