Diversified Security Solutions, Inc. Announces Results of Annual Meeting SADDLE BROOK, N.J., Nov. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Diversified Security Solutions, Inc. (AMEX:DVS), a full service provider of integrated electronic security systems, announced the results of the November 5, 2004 annual meeting of shareholders. Elected to the Board of Directors were Robert S. Benou, Robert L. DeLia, Jr., James E. Henry, Brian Reach, Joseph P. Ritorto and Irvin F. Witcosky. Shareholders also approved the issuance of 52,550 shares of the Company's common stock to its employees and the appointment of Demetrius & Company, L.L.C. as the Company's independent accountants for 2004. At the Board of Directors annual organizational meeting held subsequent to the Shareholders meeting, Messrs. Benou and Ritorto were elected to the Audit Committee with Mr. Ritorto designated as the financial expert.
