Explanation of Responses:
( 1)  5% Stock dividend on Class A and Class B Common Stock for shareholder of record on August 1, 2007 payable August 30, 2007 and as a result thereof the Company's stated capital is increased by $0.01 per share and its excess of stated capital in increased by $12.20 per share and retained earnings are reduced by similar amounts.
( 2)  Class B Common Stock is convertible one-for-one into Class A Common Stock.
