held today, the Board of Trustees of eUnits™ 2 Year U.S.
Market Participation Trust: Upside to Cap / Buffered Downside (the
"Fund") (NYSE MKT: ETUA), a closed-end investment company, voted to
hold the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of the Fund on Friday, November 16, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. (EST). The meeting will be held at the
principal office of the Fund, Two International Place, Boston, Massachusetts 02110. Proxy materials
will be mailed on or about September 25,
2012 to shareholders of record on September 10, 2012. Shareholders will be asked to
vote on the election of four Class I Trustees of the Fund.
