Kitty Hawk, Inc. (AMEX:KHK) announced today that it has launched a
new web-site, incorporating an initial series of enhancements and
some new capabilities for its expedited air and ground freight
domestic and international customers. The new website provides an
Internet-based common communications portal for access to all Kitty
Hawk products and services, as well as a wide range of
administrative and accounting functions. Highlights of the new or
updated features introduced on khcargo.com include: Worldwide
online booking for air and/or ground shipments Customer on-site
printing for Master Air Waybill/Ground Bill of Lading Customer
on-site printing for shipping labels Online tracing/tracking of Air
Waybills (AWB) and Ground PRO numbers (PRO) Expanded online search
capabilities: select shipment information by date ranges, origin
and/or destination stations, as well as by specific shipment
numbers Improved presentation of track/trace data: actual � or
scheduled � arrival times Online invoicing - full search, download,
and printing of invoices (all accessible and searchable by date
ranges and by AWB or PRO numbers) Enhanced account administration �
designated customer account administrators can easily add and
manage their own staff IDs and passwords Additional site and data
security � a number of features have been implemented to make all
customer transactions more secure and ensure website integrity.
