RomReal's final property in Bucharest the "Alexandriei plot" (13,263 sqm), has recently been sold by its subsidiary company WESTHOUSE GROUP for the total gross amount of EUR 1,850,000 to be paid in instalments. An initial installment of EUR 500,000 EUR is already received and a seller's credit for the rest, EUR 1,200,000 is to be paid in one year. This sellers credit is to be serviced in monthly equal instalments plus interest and the remaining EUR 150,000 to be paid after 37 months.  Upto the final installment, WESTHOUSE GROUP retains 1st priority in the property.

The last evaluation prepared by Knight Frank Advisors by end December 2017 showed a total value of 875,000 EUR, and the Company is satisfied with the price obtained.
