Trustees:

At the meeting, common shareholders of VMV, VKI, VCV and VPV
elected the following Class III Trustees:

And preferred shareholders of VMV elected the following Class
III Trustee:

The annual meeting of shareholders of VKI, VCV and VPV has been
adjourned, with respect to the election of a Class III Trustee by
preferred shareholders, until July 19,
2011 at 3 p.m. CDT and will be
held at 11 Greenway Plaza, Houston,
Texas 77046 to provide these funds with additional time to
solicit further shareholder votes on the proposal to elect a Class
III Trustee by preferred shareholders.
Additionally, the annual meeting of shareholders of Invesco Van
Kampen Select Sector Municipal Trust (VKL) has been adjourned until
July 19, 2011 at 3 p.m. CDT and will be held at 11 Greenway Plaza,
Houston, Texas 77046 to provide
VKL with additional time to solicit further shareholder votes on
the proposal to elect three Class II Trustees, two by common
shareholders and one by preferred shareholders.
