that Mr Nicholas John Paris, Independent Non-Executive Director,
had purchased 347,000 ordinary shares of EUR0.01 each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at an average price of 3.94 pence per
Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Paris has a beneficial
interest in 1,634,487 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.18% of the
Company's issued share capital.
Please note that the disclosure made on 21 October, Mr Paris'
beneficial interest should have been stated as 919,987. All
subsequent disclosures have been accurate.
