M&C SAATCHI PLC
(the "Company")
Directors' and PDMRs' Shareholding
The Company was notified today that Gareth Davis, Non-Executive
Chairman of the Company and Lisa Gordon, a Non-Executive Director
of the Company purchased ordinary shares of one pence each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Mr Davis purchased a total of 75,870 Ordinary Shares at an
average price of GBP1.33 across 10 November 2022 and 11 November
2022. Mrs Gordon purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of
GBP1.40 per share on 15 November 2022.
As a result of this transaction, Mr Davis' beneficial interest
in the Company, now amounts to a total holding of 178,590 Ordinary
Shares in the Company and represents approximately 0.15% of the
issued share capital of the Company.
As a result of this transaction, Mrs Gordon's beneficial
interest in the Company, now amounts to a total holding of 100,000
Ordinary Shares in the Company and represents approximately 0.08%
of the issued share capital of the Company.
