CCR Technologies Ltd. (CNSX:CRL) ("CCR" or the "Corporation") announced that
further to the news release of the Corporation, dated April 28, 2010, the
Alberta Securities Commission, being the principal regulator of the Corporation,
has issued a general cease trade order against the Corporation on May 7, 2010
for failure to file continuous disclosure documents. Keeping with National
Policy 12-203 it is anticipated that the Ontario Securities Commission will
issue a general cease trade order against the Corporation on May 12, 2010 and
that similar ceased trade orders will follow in the other provinces in which the
Corporation is a reporting issuer. 


It is uncertain, at this point in time, as to when the Corporation will be able
to complete and file appropriate financial information related to its continuous
disclosure obligations.
