Earth Alive Clean Technologies (CSE:EAC) ("Earth Alive") is pleased to announce
that it has closed the non-brokered private placement announced on May 30, 2014.
Earth Alive has raised gross proceeds of $650,000 through the non-brokered
private placement of 6,500,000 of its common shares.


The proceeds of the private placement will be used for working capital and
general corporate purposes. 


All securities issued in the private placement are subject to a four month hold
period.
