Novacyt Says Covid-19 Contract Dispute with UK Health Department Continues

Novacyt SA said Thursday that it continues to work with its legal advisers to progress the U.K. Department of Health and Social Care's dispute over a supply contract.

In April the clinical-diagnostics specialist, which is listed in France and the U.K., said the parties haven't reached an agreement to extend the contract for the supply of Covid-19 diagnostic kits and other products.

The London-listed company also said that the accounting treatment of the DHSC revenue and costs in the first half doesn't change its legal position or rights in relation to the dispute.
