    (the "Company")

    Statement Regarding Suspension of Ordinary Shares


    The Company is required under the AIM Rules to post its Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2008 to shareholders by 30
September 2008.

    A delay in completing the annual report and accounts, whilst final agreement between the company's financial team and the auditors
relating to certain technical issues associated with the audit of the Company's financial statements, has meant that the Company will be
unable to meet the deadline. This delay is anticipated to be of no more than 48 hours.

    Under these circumstances the Company's shares are being suspended from trading under AIM Rule 19, until such time as the finalised
annual report and accounts can be sent to shareholders.
