    Circular re Cancellation of Trading on AIM

    The Company announces that further to the Cancellation of Trading on AIM announcement of 28 November 2008, the Company has now sent a
circular to shareholders convening a general meeting to seek shareholder approval of the cancellation of admission of the Company's AIM
securities.

    The general meeting is schedule to take place at 10am on 18 December 2008, not on 19 December as previously announced. The meeting will
be held at the offices of Grant Thornton, 30 Finsbury Square, London, EC2P 2YU.
