Rolls-Royce plc announces that, as part of the annual renewal of its GBP4,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme"), it has published an offering circular dated 8 August 2018 in respect of the Programme. The offering circular was approved by the United Kingdom Listing Authority on 8 August 2018 and is available for viewing.
