Partnership Announced

Today Radian Group (including Radian Capital PLC) and Yarlington (including Yarlington Treasury Services PLC) have confirmed they have formally entered into a new partnership, creating an organisation that manages 38,000 homes and assets with 79,000 customers living in their homes across the south and south west of England.

From 4 November 2019, Yarlington will become a subsidiary of Radian Group, with both organisations operating with a shared Board, Executive and senior leadership team.

The partnership will bring together an experienced team from across Radian and Yarlington to create an outstanding new organisation that will provide more homes, support and services to its customers and the communities in which it works.

Gary Orr, currently Chief Executive of Radian, has been appointed Group Chief Executive of Radian Group. Carol Bode has been appointed as Chair, with Lindy Morgan as Vice-Chair. The remaining Board appointments are held by Ashley West, Mandy Clarke, Joanna Makinson, Simon Porter, Jane Alderman, Caroline Moore with Wayne Morris as Senior Independent Director.

   --           Andy Skarzynski - Executive Director of Strategy, Business Intelligence and HR

   --           Ralph Facey - Executive Director of Strategic Partnerships and Projects 
   --           Anne Wildeman - Interim Executive Director HR and Organisational Development 
   --           Gemma Burton-Connolly - Company Secretary
