Capitalised terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Terms and Conditions of the Notes set out in the Trust Deed (the "Trust Deed") dated 23 September 2005 (as amended) and entered into between the Issuer and BNY Mellon Corporate Trustee Services Limited (as the legal successor of JP Morgan Corporate Trustee Services Limited) (the "Trustee") and in the master definitions schedule dated 23 September 2005 (as amended, the "Master Definitions Schedule").

Notice is hereby given that Capital Home Loans Limited ("CHL") has given notice to the Issuer and the Trustee confirming that it has identified and rectified certain non-compliances of its obligations under the Transaction Documents (the "CHL Notice") and that by means of the execution of an amendment and restatement deed dated of 18 April 2012 between, inter alios, the Issuer and the Trustee (the "Amendment and Restatement Deed"), certain waivers have been granted and modifications have been made to certain Transaction Documents (the documents so modified, the "Modified Transaction Documents").

Copies of the CHL Notice, the Amendment and Restatement Deed and of the Modified Transaction Documents are available for inspection at the principal office for the time being of the Principal Paying Agent, being at the date hereof at One Canada Square, London, E14 5AL and at the specified offices of the Paying Agents.

This Notice is given by the Issuer.
