Announcement Concerning Partial Change in the Articles of Incorporation

SOFTBANK CORP. (hereinafter "the Company") announces that its board of directors passed a resolution today to submit a request for approval of "Partial Change in the Articles of Incorporation" to the 31st Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company scheduled to be held on June 24, 2011. The content and other outline of this change are as follows.
